About project
Von Roll is an observatorial “a la carte” restaurant with a fireplace and a unique exterior and interior at an altitude of 1670 metres above sea level. It is made of natural materials such as stone and wood. Due to the history of the building— the former boarding station of the cable car—the restaurant is a unique mountain museum.
